Mike Baker has more than 20 years’ experience leading innovative product development firms in wireless, semiconductors, security systems and data networking. Prior to Exetec Mike was CEO at Zinwave Ltd, a company making novel in-building coverage systems for the cellular market.
Before Zinwave Mike was co-founder and CEO of Synad Technologies Ltd, a UK based fabless IC Wireless LAN company. Before Synad Mike was CEO of Racal Thompson Networks, a divisional VP at Madge Networks and prior to that Managing Director of Chubb Electronics Ltd.
Gordon Young is a seasoned executive with some +25 years experience in business having gained line management and executive management skills within a range of company's including Xerox, IBM, Xylogics/Bay Networks, Nortel, 3Com, Cisco Systems, NetDevices, Divitas Networks and Great Bay Software.
His skills are in initiating new operations for clients, opening new markets, launching new ventures and services while developing new channels to market. Gordon has an Engineering degree in Computer Science and Business.

Director, with c25 years experience in technology, services and manufacturing sectors.
Recent experiences have been heavily focussed on private equity, turnaround and corporate
finance activities as well as day-to-day functional roles within complex group structures.
Experienced in a wide range of sizes of enterprise; from 20 heads to 1000, from early
stage start-ups, through small businesses needing the support to transition to the
next level, to distressed turnaround situations as well as acquisitions and disposals.
